This park so serves the public of the town, it's hard to fault it. Mothers, children, old folk, and in the evening it is THE place to go for anyone between 20 and 55, for dining, clubbing or just walking. AND its very safe, no yucky incidents, drunken brawls or obnoxious behaviour to be found.

Sliven - Villa zone
The villa zone is at the edge of town going up the foot hills and at the base of the foothills. In the old days, Slivenites would have their summer cottages there. Now many people are living there permantly as everyone has become more mobile (cars and better transport), and wealthy Bulgarians are building immense villas and luxury homes there. Not surprising, the air is great and the views stunning!

The park itself is lovely, the buildings need internal modernisation. The baths are GREAT, temperatures between 42 and 50 degrees C, and are known to cure Diseases of the locomotory system, the nervous system, the liver and gall bladder, the digestive system and metabolism disorders as well as Urological diseases, Blood diseases and Gynecological diseases.
