Our fees
Our property prices include:
- Bulgarian company formation and registration. (normally 550 euros)
- Title and lien searches
- Translation fees
- Court registration fees
- Notary fees (Solicitor's fees)
- Municipal tax (Property sales tax)
- Administration fees
- First 2 days property viewing (charged but refundable upon purchase)
Chargeable items:
- Property viewing: 70 euros per day. (First 2 days refundable on purchase)
- Collection from or return to Sofia Airport (4hrs): 100 euros
- Collection from or return to Bourgas Airport (90mins): 50 euros
- Annual Accounting: 160 euros
- Property management fees - subject to negotiation
